I can’t imagine my life without music
Hello guys, welcome back to my blog.
Nice to see you the loyal readers. Okay in this week i have a topic about “I
can’t imagine my life without music”
Music
is a pattern of sounds made
by instruments or by singing or
by a combination of both, or the written symbols representing these sounds (Cambridge Dictionary).
In My Opinion, Music is how you can expressing
yourself like when you speak, shout, run, or anything else.
Imagine the world without music – no concerts to
attend, no singing or whistling, no tapes or CDs, no music in movies, no
marching bands, no dancing, no hymns, and no organ at baseball games! Without
music our world would certainly be a bleak place (OMG i think is the end of the
world maybe so many people will die if they life like that just have a flat
life. They can depression).
Throughout my life, i have struggled a lot with anxiety and
depression. Friends come and go and life gets super hard sometimes, but music
is always there. There is a song for everything. There is a song for when you
feel sad, mad, happy, in love, frustrated or just about anything. There are so many different varieties of music:
EDM, pop, rap, country, rock, heavy metal, R&B, etc.
I have yet to meet one person who doesn't like any kind of music.
If they don't, then they should immediately seek professional help. (OK I
realize this was over the top, but c'mon, are you even human if you don't like
music at all?)
Music is your therapy when you have a bad day. In
fact, you’re listening to music as you read this aren’t you? Because you can’t
live without music. Music is life and life is music. Here are the five reasons
why you can’t live without music.
Workout
The only thing you need is your music while you’re working out. Music is the number 1 tool to improve your workout sessions. Music actually ups your effort, distracts you from feeling tired and makes you unable to stop running on that treadmill.

Gets
you in the right mood
When you had a rough day, music can make you feel damn good. Making love to music feels even better, and one of the best thing about this is how it brings a smile to your face every time you hear the song afterward.

Charges
up
The public thinks you’re anti social all of the time. You’re only wearing your headphones and it seems like you don’t care about your surroundings, however music actually charges you up while you’re heading to your destination. Music gets you into the right mood and makes you feel like you’re the queen of the city.

The
long-term benefits of using music in your life include:
- More energy
- Enhanced thinking
- Increased handling of
stress and pressure
- Better health
- Ability to adapt to
circumstances and rise to challenges
- Greater self-awareness,
self-confidence, and feeling of personal control
- Alternatives to
detrimental mind-altering habits
- Enhanced creativity
I don't think people realize how important music is
in our society. Music brings people together, it always has. From churches to
concerts, music makes people come to together in a similar interest.
nice one
